SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we are taking orders all around the world and shipping to over 100 countries.

• United States/Canada

We offer standard tracked shipping which takes 7-14 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.

• United Kingdom

We offer standard tracked & signed shipping which takes 5-7 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.

• International/Rest of word

We offer standard tracked shipping which takes 7-14 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.

NOTICE

• All orders are charged in US dollars.

• Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Peach Bands assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.

• If you realise that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email enquiries@lovelypeachbylesh.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.

RETURNS POLICY

• Returns

To return your product, please email enquiries@lovelypeachbylesh.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We have a 30 day policy. After 30 days after your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

• Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange send us an email at enquiries@lovelypeachbylesh.com.
